We have developed our own technology and infrastructure to scale and meet the challenges of the largest, global organizations.

Here are some highlights:

  • Over the course of a typical year, our employee surveys and 360s are conducted in over 100 countries and in over 30 languages.
  • Our reports have been generated in over a dozen different languages including double-byte character sets, right-to-left languages, and on-the-fly retranslation capabilities within our reporting portal.
  • For just one client, we generated almost 60,000 unique reports across PDF, PowerPoint and Excel formats.
  • For another client, we received and scanned on our own machinery more than 30,000 paper surveys.
  • For a single client, we developed 2 core surveys and 8 different business unit supplements based on more than 60 executive interviews and 60 employee focus groups in many locations across Asia, North America, and Europe.
  • As a decision-support portal example, one client has a custom dashboard where we incorporate separate feeds from customer surveys, mystery shopper audits, and employee survey results into a “smart” algorithm that guides leaders where to improve, and makes the results “social” with tailored access, commenting, and action planning across appropriately authorized users.
  •  Single-sign-on is fairly standard.

All of this is based on our own systems and capabilities, with no outsourcing.  And that’s just some of what we’ve done.
